An African saying goes: “It’s the rainy season that brings wealth.” And this is what we see in Africa at this time! Despite insecurity and wars, viruses, and visa issues, the local church is trying to rise to the challenge, and Bible translation continues in spite of
many hardships.
However… more than ever, they need trainers and coaches; linguistics consultants who help them lay strong foundations, translation consultants who help them stay true to the Bible, and everything in between, like language program managers, HR
coordinators, accountants and teachers.
We are thankful for your significant investment in this region in the past. We hope that this letter from Africa will refresh your memory of what is needed for the people in this rugged, sometimes muddy, but beautiful and patient continent.
